Teachable creators sell their knowledge by creating courses, coaching services, and digital downloads. They can also bundle products together in different combinations to sell at a single price. But how can creators leverage their knowledge products to drive recurring revenue? Enter—memberships.

Contextual Nudges
A key payment setting buried in creator settings suffered from low adoption. I conducted a no-code experiment and proved that "contextual nudges" at relevant user journey steps increased adoption. This led to a reusable component, which I then contributed back to the design system.

Early Direct Deposits
Banks typically hold paychecks for up to two days to process and verify funds. There's almost zero chance for errors to arise, meaning that most paychecks sit in purgatory for no reason. We eliminated the hold and made it easier to set up and manage direct deposits.

With the California Consumer Privacy Act going into effect in 2020, Capital One needed a way to meet legal requirements while doing right by consumers. I redesigned the consumer-facing Privacy page and created an effective data request tool for all.

Pennsylvania-based Windstax, a renewable energy company specializing in vertical wind turbines, needed a mobile app for two key audiences. Existing customers required convenient tools for energy tracking, billing, and service scheduling, while potential customers at trade shows needed a way to assess turbine viability in their area.

Retail "out-of-stocks" cost the industry an estimated $634 billion annually, benefiting online competitors like Amazon. To address this at Gap Inc., I designed a feature for Old Navy's app using RFID-enabled price tags to provide real-time in-store product location. Out-of-stocks be gone!

2268, 250 years after 2018, envisions a world ravaged by climate change, exploring two extremes of urban development. One scenario depicts rampant pollution, while the other showcases hyper-fetishized sustainability where runaway urbanization and infertile soil force citizens to carry their own food. This dichotomy highlights the distortion and exploitation of climate issues.
